THIS WEEK\u2019S TOPIC: TAKE TEAM PHOTOS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Your team is awesome. They are one of your company\u2019s best assets. However, we are willing to bet you don\u2019t have enough photos of them on your social platforms and website.<\/span><\/p>

5 EASY STEPS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Step One: <\/b><\/span>Brainstorm to come up with 5 ideas for different photos of your team in action.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Step Two:<\/b><\/span> Determine if you will need to have any props ready? Try not to stage more than two shots of your staff working at their computers. Get creative!<\/span><\/p>

Step Three:<\/b><\/span> Let everyone on your team know what day of the week you will be taking photos so they can be ready.<\/span><\/p>

Step Four<\/b><\/span>:<\/span> Stage and take the different photos. (If one doesn’t turn out, be prepared to abandon or retake the shot, rather than using a sub-par photo.)<\/span><\/p>

Step Five:<\/b><\/span> Get in the habit of being on the lookout for photo ops at any time, and you won\u2019t have to stage them in the future. Better yet, assign this job to a staff member.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

(Note: Even if you are a team of one, you can improvise to make this work. Take a photo with a customer or supplier, have a friend take photos of you filling a client order or attending an industry conference, etc.)<\/span><\/p>

Once you post them, step back and observe your platforms and website, as if for the first time. See if these new photos don’t help distinguish your company’s platform from your competitors. Who wouldn’t feel more comfortable working with real people instead of with a faceless corporate group.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
